the one with Fifer Custom Homes
one time 5 million years ago, Renée went to Lake Highlands High School. she became friends with a boy named Christman. he had a dry sense of humor and disagreed a lot with Renée. but they were buds, and even though they disagreed about all the things, they were friends through and through. and then they grew up and had families and got jobs and become adults. and then their worlds collided again because realtors and builders tend to hang out. (and also because Christman married an awesome girl named Sarah.)
so y’all… Fifer Custom Homes, owned by Christman and Sarah Fifer, is a truly amazing company. their product is phenomenal. Christman is building new homes in the heart of Lake Highlands, making it possible for families to stay in LH while still enjoying all the luxuries of a new home. as a former graphic designer, Christman’s right brain (the creative side) plans dreamy layouts. his design team, Max and Lou Home, lead by the beautiful and brilliant design duo of Veronica Deats and Lynsey Purl (they sound like they’re out of a southern novel, right?!) plan finishes and color palettes that are to-die-for. you have to see his homes in person to fully understand what we’re telling you.
{side note:} when Renée’s home burned last year, Christman came through with incredible design plans to rebuild and help their family get back on their feet. and trust us when we say, the home is amazing. and the process, which can be daunting and overwhelming, was actually not terrible, because Christman was patient and communicative. (unlike his former, high school self. lol)
so there you have it. we love Fifer Custom Homes. we love Sarah and Christman and Joe (their awesome operations director). we love Alex and Rick and Robert and Larry and all the other guys that are on his crew. great people make great companies, and the Fifers have created something to be proud of.

xoxo.
